Important Information
- Prices are per person per night or per apartment.
- Local tax: €2.50 per person per day for guests aged 14 and over
- Breakfast can be booked on site (holiday apartments). €15.00 per person
- Minimum stay 3 days
- For short stays of up to three days, the maximum price will be charged.
- Final cleaning is included in the price.
Arrival and departure
On the day of arrival, the rooms are ready from 2:00 p.m. and the apartments from 3:00 p.m. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the apartments or the room by 11:00 a.m.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 ZGB:
- The reservation can be cancelled without paying a cancellation fee up to 1 month before the day of arrival.
- For cancellations within the last 4 weeks before arrival, we charge 40% of the booking value
- If the booked apartment is not taken over for the agreed period without cancellation, the guest is obliged to pay 100% of the agreed total price.
In the event of premature departure, the accommodation costs will also be charged for the remaining days.
