Holiday Apartments

  • 2 persons (self-catering) €130.00
  • 3 persons (self-catering) €165.00
  • 4 persons (self-catering) €200.00

Rooms

  • Bed and breakfast €60.00 - €70.00
  • Half board €70.00 - €80.00

Important Information

  • Prices are per person per night or per apartment.
  • Local tax: €2.50 per person per day for guests aged 14 and over
  • Breakfast can be booked on site (holiday apartments). €15.00 per person
  • Minimum stay 3 days
  • For short stays of up to three days, the maximum price will be charged.
  • Final cleaning is included in the price.

Arrival and departure

On the day of arrival, the rooms are ready from 2:00 p.m. and the apartments from 3:00 p.m. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the apartments or the room by 11:00 a.m.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 ZGB:

  • The reservation can be cancelled without paying a cancellation fee up to 1 month before the day of arrival.
  • For cancellations within the last 4 weeks before arrival, we charge 40% of the booking value
  • If the booked apartment is not taken over for the agreed period without cancellation, the guest is obliged to pay 100% of the agreed total price.

In the event of premature departure, the accommodation costs will also be charged for the remaining days.
