Free Use of the Outdoor Area
Free access to the hotel’s own pool – including use of loungers.
Parking Facilities
Hotel guests have free parking and apartment guests have access to an underground parking space.
In addition, a charging station for e-cars is available to our guests (for a fee).
E-bikes
There is a separate covered parking space for our guests’ bicycles, as well as the option of charging e-bikes free of charge.
Laundry Room
A separate laundry room is available to guests of the apartments around the clock for a fee.

Arrival and Departure
On the day of arrival, the rooms are ready from 2:00 p.m. and the apartments from 3:00 p.m. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the apartments or the room by 11:00 a.m.
Local Tax
The local tax is €2.50 per person per day for guests aged 14 and over.
How Do I get there?
The Tannhof is located in Kaltern on the Wine Route in South Tyrol – just a few kilometers south of Bolzano. You can reach us easily:
By car:
Take the Brenner motorway (A22) to the Bolzano Sud exit, then continue on the MeBo expressway towards Merano – Eppan/Kaltern exit. Follow the signs to Kaltern and then the hotel signs “Tannhof”.
Which Payments are Accepted?
Cash and card payments are accepted.
What are our Cancellation Conditions?
Cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 ZGB:
- The reservation can be cancelled without paying a cancellation fee up to 1 month before the day of arrival.
- For cancellations within the last 4 weeks before arrival, we charge 40% of the booking value
- If the booked apartment is not taken over for the agreed period without cancellation, the guest is obliged to pay 100% of the agreed total price.
In the event of premature departure, the accommodation costs will also be charged for the remaining days.
